HOW TO PLAY: Starting May 1, 2007 through June 15, 2007, a scratch off game piece will be attached to the Samsung Siren phone box purchased from participating Cricket stores or online at www.mycricket.com, while supplies last. You may obtain a free game piece and official rules by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by June 15, 2007 and received by June 22, 2007 to: Cricket/Samsung Scratch-Off Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 1205, Elmhurst, IL 60126. VT residents may omit return postage. Limit one game piece request per stamped envelope and one game piece per request. No mechanical reproductions of game piece requests will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail/requests. 2. PRIZES AND DISCOUNTS: Scratch the indicated area of the game piece to see if your game piece reveals a winning message. If your game piece has a winning message, then you've won the prize indicated, subject to verification. Estimated Retail Value is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. Any difference between the value of prizes as stated herein and the value at time of prize notification will not be awarded. Total Estimated Retail Value of all prizes: $195,176.10. 3. PRIZE CLAIMS: Call the toll free number provided on the game piece for redemption instructions for Samsung prizes. All prize claims must be postmarked no later than July 24, 2007 and received by July 31, 2007. Do NOT give your game piece to a Cricket store employee. Cricket store employees are not authorized to verify or redeem your game piece. To claim your free ringtone, enter the code provided into your Samsung Siren phone. Ringtones must be downloaded by July 31, 2007. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred to a third party, or redeemed for cash value. All taxes on prizes are the sole the responsibility of the prize winner. 4. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Florida & Rhode Island) and District of Columbia. Employees of participating Cricket stores, Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and the immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to win. 5. VERIFICATION: You will need to mail your original, winning game piece to the address provided by calling the toll free number of your winning game piece. All game pieces submitted for redemption become the property of Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC and will not be returned. All game pieces are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Marketing Resources, Inc. and anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify winners. Game pieces will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures of if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unissued, unauthorized or illegible in any way. Game pieces will also be void if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error, or if game pieces were not obtained via legitimate means. Sponsor's sole liability for defective game piece is replacement of game piece with another while supplies last. No prizes will be awarded to the holder of any game piece which is determined to be void or otherwise ineligible, and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC shall have no further obligation or liability in respect thereof except to replace the void game card with another randomly selected card where appropriate upon request. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded, and if there are more prize claims received than the number of prizes offered in any prize category, the total number of prizes listed shall be awarded via a random drawing from among all persons submitting prize claims for the category. 6. RELEASE and GENERAL TERMS: All entrants, as a condition of entry, and winners, by accepting a prize, agree to release and hold Cricket stores, Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and agencies harmless from any and all liability for injuries or damages received in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while involved in any game-related activity. Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for programming errors or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents, or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any information. By accepting any prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness and photograph in any and all media in connection with advertising and publicity without additional compensation or right of approval, except where prohibited. Samsung large screen HDTV winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of receipt of documents. In the event the affidavit and liability/publicity release is not returned within ten (10) days, prize will be forfeited. Prize may also be forfeited if notification is returned as undeliverable mail with no forwarding address or if a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours. 7. WINNERS LIST: For list of major prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by 7/31/07 to “Cricket/Samsung Scratch-Off Winners List” P.O. Box 1518, Elmhurst, IL 60126.
